Terms of service
Payment:
○ Commissions are paid in full before starting
○ Payment and prices are in USD and will be through paypal invoicingProcess:
○ Please send me a direct message through Twitter or email me to let me know you are interested in a commission
○ Please let me know the following: Type of commission, pose details, expressions, art references (descriptive character references may be subject to additional design costs)
○ Once I confirm your details and ask any follow-up questions, I will request for your PayPal email
○ An invoice will be sent to your PayPal email
○ I will begin on your commission after payment and once I hit your slot in the queue
○ Your commission will be ready after 1 - 2 weeks typically (unless otherwise stated!)
○ I reserve the right to decline and/or refund your commissions at any time during the process if I feel that I cannot complete the commission for any reasonCommissions use:
○ Commissions are for personal use only
○ Commissions used for merchandising, marketing collateral for businesses etc are subject to a commercial fee
○ Commissions used as an asset e.g for Vtuber collateral are considered personal use instead of commercial use but this is subject to change (as of March 2021)
○ I am allowed to post your commission to my social media unless otherwise stated in your request
○ Reposting your commission is fine; just be sure to include credit to my social media !
○ You are not allowed to claim that the art is done by you. Otherwise, feel free to use your commission where ever you'd like, as long as you do not profit directly from it!Subjects that I will not do:
✖ Furry (but kemonomimi e.g animal ears and tails are fine)
✖ NSFW
✖ Mecha
✖ GoreWaitlist:
○ I may open a waitlist for a batch of commissions if I feel that I cannot take on more than the stipulated slots at that point of time
○ I will only contact waitlisted commissioners when my schedule clears up to take on the extra slots ! During this contact, if a commissioner fails to reply me after I message them within 1 week, they will be removed from the waitlist**By commissioning me, you agree to the above Terms of Service. **
